If you've been watching What Chilli Want's on VH1 you will recognize that face. Tonights episode we got to see Chilli and Raphael on a date in Atlanta, and unlike Floyd he didn't answer his phone during the date, he kept full eye contact, loves kids, and is even open to having children with Chilli. In my eyes, he looks to be a good match for her. He is from Belo Horizonte (Brazil) - He currently drives in the IndyCar Series for de Ferran Dragon Racing. Raphael was the 2008 Firestone Indy Lights Series champion and the 2007 Champ Car Atlantic Series champion. Chilli lives in Atlanta, where Raphael still lives in Miami.
