53 days until the #TLCFANPARTY tickets..

In 53 short days the TLC Fan Party pre-sale tickets go on sale for the fans. Because this event is for the fans to celebrate with the girls, we are offering the pre-sale price for a limited amount of tickets. We will have 30 General Admission tickets up for grabs at $45 and 20 VIP tickets available for $250. If for some reason you missed out on joining the mailing list, it's not too late to lock your spot in for the presale. Simply email TLCFANPARTY@GMAIL.COM and you will be added to the list! The tickets for the general public go on sale May 15th and the prices will be $55 for  General Admission and $450 for VIP. I just got off the phone with Contigi Productions, and we are pretty close to hiring them for the big day! We need someone who is in the Atlanta area that has the right contacts, and knows the be best party planning ideas. I'll be on a conference call with Chilli tomorrow night to lock it dates, and get her ideas as to how this event can be the best! After all, the 20 year anniversary only comes once! I'll be keeping you all posted!

#TLCFANPARTY - I Need Your Input

For all my fellow TLC fan family, I've put up a poll to the left of this topic to see how much you'd be willing to spend on your ticket for the 

TLC FAN PARTY this summer. It will give me a general idea for the ticket price. As I said before, to rent out a venue it will be out of pocket. I revived some email's asking why they would be charged for the event. As of today, it has been confirmed that Chilli will be attending the party, and T-Boz has been notified of the event as well. There is no guarantee you will get to meet the girls, depending on how many people actually end up coming. We will be offering VIP tickets, which will guarantee your chance to meet the girls, take pictures, and or autographs. The general admission tickets will be first come, first served with the meet and greet. I'm expecting anywhere from 100-500 people so for the die-hard fans, I would suggest the VIP tickets.

#TLCFANPARTY - Break Down Of What To Expect

As you all know by now, the TLC FAN PARTY is in the works, and I've received so many emails inquiring about the event. We are currently working on the venue right now (leaning towards Fox Theater in Atlanta, Ga) I've reached out to Tionne to see if she'd be interested in attending, and also to Chilli's team as well. We are currently looking for sponsors to help with the event, and I will also be setting up a PayPal account for any donations you'd like to contribute to the event. There will be tickets for the event, and I'm sure it will sell out quick, so for all the TLC fans who would like to be put on the waiting list, feel free to do so now! Tickets will range anywhere from $35-$200 depending on which section you'd like to be seated. It will take place over the weekend (no definite date has been conformed as of yet) but it will be around July 29th - August 20th. We've reached out to V103 and the Lisa Lopes Foundation to help sponsor the event, and if you or your company are interested in being part of the sponsor program you can email us at TLCFANPARTY@GMAIL.COM

We've set up a hotline for the fans to call in and get up to date information regarding the party. If you call 678-685-1TLC (678-685-1852) you can get access to ticket information, confirmed venue location, hotel and airfare accomidationis as well as group rates. Most venues will hold anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 without problem, so we will be offering pre-sale tickets starting April 1st. I'm in the process of getting a website open for the event as well, where you can get a full itinerary of the event (which will be for 2 days) I will also include travel information for those who live in the Atlanta area, and also links to the best airfare and hotel package deals. The tickets for the event does not include airfare or hotel accomidationis and will need to be paid for by each party attending. The second a date has been chosen and locked in, we will update you via our mailing list (which you can sign up for by emailing the TLCFANPARTY@GMAIL.COM with subject title "Join Mailing List"

Anyone who would like to simply attend the party can do so, as the first day will be more like a "sight-seeing" day for everything and anything TLC. We will check out DARP Studios, Visit Lisa's Grave, and check out all the memorable and important places that have impacted the career of TLC. There will be an option to receive a VIP ticket, which will include but not limited to:

• Possibility of a meet and greet with the girls, and the Lopes family (as long as schedule permits)
• Free Parking at the event (if need be)
• a Gift Bag full of goodies
• A commemorative TLC FAN PARTY T-Shirt and/or Baseball cap
• VIP Seating
• Red Carpet Party
• a DVD of all the pictures and video captured that night (after the event)
• A commemorative Itinerary Book filled with Rare TLC Pictures
• Unlimited pictures with the new and fun "OMG-Booth"
• Discount Ticket(s) for upcoming TLC FAN Parties

Basic ticket sale is also available for General Admission, and all merchandise will be available to purchase as well. 

Any money collected from the merchandise will be donated to the Lisa Lopes Foundation, and the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia. We will also allow any donations outside of the merchandise to be donated at the door as well.
